I rehabilitated patients on the orthopedic floor immediately after surgery of the back, hips, knees, shoulders, and neck. In 1997 I combined my Physical Therapy experience, Dance background and advanced training from The North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy to develop and manage the Dance Physical Therapy Department at New York University Health Center. During my tenure at NYU Health Center, I developed screening and injury prevention programs for New York University's Dance Department and developed and managed a chronic pain practice. I cared for NYU students after orthopedic surgeries such as Anterior Cruciate Ligament, rotator cuff, labral tears, etc. I also provided Physical Therapy backstage for Broadway dancers and actors.
